Bio Health Centre sells various products online. The use of any product or service bought from this website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/user indemnifies and holds Bio Health Centre harmless against any loss, injury or damages that may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the website. The private information required for executing the orders placed through this website, namely the user’s personal information, delivery address and telephone numbers, will be kept in the strictest confidence by the us and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information – that is the delivery address and contact phone number – will be made known to third parties delivering the product. The provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the user’s electronic device (personal computer or other electronic device used to browse the website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the user may inadvertently have installed on his/her device. Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 to 5 working days. The provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. The provider will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the user’s chosen delivery address. You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

Return and Refunds Policy

The provision of goods and services by Bio Health Centre is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Bio Health Centre will contact you with options. There are no refunds or returns of goods.

Payment

Payment may be made via EFT (electronic fund transfer) into the Bio Health Centre bank account, the details of which will be provided during the checkout process. Once payment is made and proof of payment is received, then goods will be dispatched. Payments not received within 3 days will result in cancellation of your order.

Changes to terms of service

Bio Health Centre reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
